Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new carriers.
• Negotiate transportation terms and rates to ensure the best solutions for clients.
• Monitor and coordinate transport operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Analyze the transportation market and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
• Maintain up-to-date data in the system and prepare activity reports.

What We Expect from You

• At least one year of experience in similar positions within the trucking industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with transport management software (TMS) is an advantage.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
