Role Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll enhance customer experiences by managing clients' calls and appointments with professionalism and care. Your exceptional communication skills will help you address callers' needs effectively. You'll also coordinate appointments, calendars, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Answering calls professionally for various businesses and professionals
- Accurately taking messages and delivering them promptly
- Booking appointments using software like Calendly
- Transferring calls following protocols
- Addressing callers' needs professionally
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating to improve service quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in English and computer software
- Working Computer/Laptop with Google Chrome as browser
- Quiet work environment and proper equipment
- Stable internet connection and minimum 50 WPM typing speed
- Availability for a 9-hour shift between 9AM-9PM EST, Mon-Fri
