You will be our quarterback in the real estate transaction process.
As a quarterback, you are responsible for moving the ball (moving the process) down the field past the finish line. Your plays (responsibilities) are legal, financial and compliance-related.
And we’ll coach you through the whole process and cheer you on when training wheels come off!
Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks and respond to emails\phone calls
- Follow up on outstanding documentation with the responsible parties
- Obtain missing information to complete the file
- Prepare and review documentation for delivery
- Maintain an internal tracking system for all original paperwork being received, filed, and sent out
- Ensure that all state compliance requirements/processes are met and adhered to
- Schedule notaries/attorneys based on requested signing detail
- Research interest, payoff and property tax payment amounts/status
- Enter closing disclosure data (e.g., lender closing costs, payoff amounts, taxes, interest rates) into the system
Requirements:
