JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Expedited Account Manager, you will foster and retain relationships with current customers that management identifies as strategic growth opportunities. You will grow enterprise-level accounts, quote shipments, and work with our Carrier representatives. You will have the unique opportunity to service your customers with our brokerage and in-house asset carrier.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced logistics professionals with at least three years of transportation/logistics, 3PL Brokerage, or carrier dispatch experience
- Experience working with Expedited and Team shipments, and familiar with the requirements for both the mode and equipment types
- Manages or interacts with enterprise-level accounts and can negotiate rates
- Collaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans
- Experience working with receivers and various departments for deliveries and to acquire additional freight
- Maintain operational efficiencies, including scheduling and tracking as necessary, and working with Carrier and Customer sales to resolve issues expeditiously
- Solve complex problems and be the main contact for all your accounts’ communications
- Develop a high-level understanding of service offerings and the needs of customers
- Results-driven, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain composed when working under pressure
- Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated the ability to prioritize
- Someone willing to “get the job done, no matter what” to service our customer's requirements
