We are looking for a reliable EXPEDITE DISPATCHER to join our team.
Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- ORGANIZATION SKILLS MANDATORY
- 6 days per week / 2nd & 3rd shift
- Expedite experience is a must
- Fluent In English
- Knowledge in NLM, ACTIVE AERO, PANTHER, SYLECTUS, PRO TRANSPORT IS A MUST
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages
- Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
- Booking loads/expedite
- Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply
- Must be able to multitask and handle several units/trucks at the same time, multitasking at the same time with different assignments…
- Providing tracking updates to the customers
1 year of experience is a must
