About Our Client:

Job Description:

• On behalf of our Client, an international company in the electronics manufacturing industry we are currently looking for a Finance Director (M/F) to be located in Serbia.
• The goal of the role is to be responsible for efficient and proper preparation of business plans of the company. The role holder is responsible for the reliability and correctness of the controlling reports, the efficient functioning of the finance, accounting and controlling department and for ensuring efficient corporate financing of the organization.

The main tasks of the Finance Director (M/F) are as follows, but not limited to:

• Responsible for business strategy in finance, accounting and controlling;
• Implementation of corporate business plan in relation to finance, accounting and controlling, report to relevant management the progress of implementation and potential point of improvements;
• Project management in finance, accounting and controlling;
• Update and implement financial policies and procedures of the company;
• Team leadership of finance, accounting and controlling department employees, keeping in mind efficiency and associated cost;
• Identification of potential business threats and proposing solutions; seeking out methods and practices to minimise financial risk;
• Act as a point of contact for third parties including representation in front of banks and other financial organizations;
• Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation;
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions;
• Ensure the analysis of the profitability of individual production programs and products, individual customers and markets;
• Propose changes in trade policy with the target of improving the business performance of the company;
• Report to the Holding CFO on all main activities and results.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• University or College degree;
• At least 10 years of experience in finance;
• At least 5 years of experience financial management activities in an international manufacturing company;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good knowledge of IFRS and SAP;
• Ability to counsel, motivate and evaluate employees;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural management experience;
• Fluent in Chinese and English, knowledge of Serbian language will be considered as an advantage.
