Financial Assistant
Belgrade
As a Financial Assistant you will support the finance function within the company in developing and maintaining a dynamic financial reporting and control environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeps records of received invoices and pay them on time;
- Issues invoices and keeps records of issued invoices;
- Performs all activities of financial operations;
- Prepares business documentation for submission to bookkeepers;
- Performs the tasks of receiving, dispatch and distribution of mail;
- Helps with preparation of documetns for new employees;
- Keeps records of the working hours of all employees;
- Prepares manthly input for salary payments;
- Communication with head quarter accounting team.
- Prepare finantial monthly reports.
- This position will also be responsible for administrative & executive support to include and is not limited to:
- Ordering office supplies,
- International and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotel).
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar is preferable,
- Basic knowledge of financial operations,
- Ability to work independently,
- Good analytical skills and attention to details,
- English language fluency,
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
