What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a Global Recruitment Marketing Analyst to manage our digital presence across employer brand platforms, to support local recruiting initiatives and to dive deep into the data of our cross channel recruitment marketing efforts to help us reach the right talent, in the right places, at the right time. Here are some of the ways you’ll do this:

• Managing our online reputation across job boards by responding to reviews and posting the latest employer brand content across channels like our careers site and job boards
• Managing paid social media campaigns targeting specific populations and regions across the globe, and measuring the effectiveness of each campaign
• Updating our careers site and managing an external vendor to ensure we’re telling the most compelling and current story possible
• Supporting local recruiting initiatives with local recruiting teams across EMEA
• Regularly monitoring and analyzing data from a variety of sources (i.e. careers site, job boards, Google Analytics, etc.) to extract insights about marketing effectiveness and areas of optimization 
• Providing quarterly reporting on effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts

Who are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing analytics role
• A proven track record of using data to extract insights and translate them into action, and a passion for doing so
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Extreme attention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the same high standards
• Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with internal and external partners
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in recruitment marketing and talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s Degree
