Group Quality System Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Support planning, defining, deploying and maintaining Quality System documentation based on OCSiAl Quality System principals.
• Make sure that all quality processes are documented according to requirements.
• Make sure that local procedures are conform to group QMS procedures.
• Cooperate with various functions and process owners on the field of quality documentation as well as local staff responsible for Quality System.
• Monitor customer and customer related standards.
• Identifies and recommend improvement in the field of quality management which impact and support product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform Internal Quality Audits according to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 across organisation.
• Coordinate and facilitate QMS internal and external audits.
• Develop and facilitate QMS training plan.
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) Corrective Actions process (CAR) and confirm the effectiveness.
• Reviews change orders for accuracy and alignment against quality procedures.
• Manages quality data for accuracy and report generation.
• Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
• Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
• Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex. Corrective and Preventative Actions, Management Review Presentation Materials) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office proficient.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum of a Bachler’s degree in Quality Management, Commodity Sciences, Engineering, or related area of study.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949 specifications.
• Internal ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949 auditor certificate.
• Position requires to travel between 20-30% of working time in some periods.
• 3+ years in Quality Management Department in similar position.
• Auditor Experience is a must.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is an asset.
