KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees and assure the realization of HR processes: Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Employee motivation, Payroll, Personnel Administration and Employees services.
• Contributes to build a positive workplace experience, to support retention and talent acquisition.
• Initiate and drive HR projects to meet the business needs and assure business continuity.
• Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees according to their needs.
• Analyzes HR reports and proposes improvement measures where required.
• Preparing and controlling the annual HR budget and strategic plans.
• Preparing, communicating, and reviewing HR KPI's and defining accordingly continuous improvement plans.
• Assure the compliance of the activity with legal requirements.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master in related field is a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years HR Management experience in Operational sites
• Solid labor law knowledge
• Understanding of strategies, policies and processes related to HR
• Industry experience is a must

LANGUAGE & SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Computer literacy

• Ethical judgment and attention to details
• Team player, able to accept and quickly implement feedback to achieve better results
• Excellent communication skills
