Supporting the Netherlands Local HR team with different HR requests, maintaining the HR systems and learning platforms up to date, assisting with day-to-day HR operations, daily communication with internal stakeholders as well external ones.
- Content (news, articles) and script writing.
- Creating marketing content (leaflets, newsletters, posters, videos) in Canva for various events.
- Publishing the content on SharePoint and Narrowcasting.
- Supporting and maintaining Netherlands HR systems and platforms as per guidelines from the local HR team and per SOPs.
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow regarding newcomers.
- Supporting the full Onboarding process in many HR systems and platforms (Talmundo, Signature Manager, GoodHabitz)
- Supporting, and maintaining Learning@KN, creating courses and learning paths, enrolling employees, updating course material.
- Organization and administration for the internal and external training courses (JUMP, RISE, LAUNCH, DISC, Coaching Leadership).
- Monitoring employee changes in professional categories and maintaining data in HR systems (PDM, Learning@KN, HRLinQ).
- Daily communication (via email, spoken communication) with internal stakeholders (the local HR team, employees) and external stakeholders (Brain Bakery, Ramon Hillebrink).
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations.
- Additional document management, filing the documentation as well as sending the reminders and contacting the employees.
- Providing daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports on general HR activity (Onboarding, Performance enablement).
- Coordination within different departments and team members and managing ad hoc requests.
- Onboarding will last 1 month during which you will receive direct support from the experienced colleague and the NL HR team.
- Trainings will be provided by experienced team members (on site, learning videos and supporting documentation).
- We are looking for a highly organized individual who is excited to work in a high paced environment and can deal with highly confidential information.
- You need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of the English language.
- Affinity to work with different IT tools and app.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and desire for problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience in content creation.
