HEAD OF HR SR TECHNICS SERVICES (Serbia)

Due to highly ambitious strategic growth plans, SR Technics is currently looking to select confident and enthusiastic professionals to support the operations of its newly created Excellence Center in Belgrade. SR Technics Services is currently looking for an HR Manager to complement the local team in Belgrade. In this challenging role, you will be accountable for all HR related matters in our Serbian entity. You serve as the single point of contact for local management and employees and for all human resources aspects in cooperation with Group HR in Zurich, Switzerland. The HR Manager will operationally report to the Managing Director of SR Technics Services Serbia doo and functionally to the Group Chief Human Resources Manager in Zurich, Switzerland.

Your tasks and accountabillities:

  • Manage and administer full HR life cycle for local staff and assignees
  • Staffing
    • Plan, specify and manage job approvals
    • Source, select candidates and manage contract award process
    • Onboard new employees
    • Support the retention of employees
  • Workforce Administration
    • Ensure timely and qualitative personnel administration
    • Support year-end closing and budgeting process
    • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Performance Management & Compensation
    • Guide and coach the management in respect of employee performance and development
    • Manage and administer compensation and benefits structure
    • Ensure adherence to global standards
    • Payroll
  • Organizational Development
    • Conduct and maintain workforce plan
    • Manage organizational - and job design
    • Plan and execute targeted Leadership development programs
    • Monitor employee engagement
    • Manage HR-related risks (legal and compliance requirements)
  • Talent Management
    • Maintain Support the management regarding talent
    • Guide and drive succession management
    • Support the creation and maintenance of development plan with line management
    • Advise on career development opportunities
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or comparable education with further qualification in HR Management
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in an international environment with a thorough understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Strong knowledge of local law, policies and regulations and experience in handling complex employee relations issues
  • Ideally experience in line management with budget and people responsibility
  • Recruitment skills and experience
  • Ability to deal with all levels of employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong client service focus
  • Hands-on and pro-active with an efficient and effective work style
  • Able to deliver results under pressure, result oriented team player with drive and the ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written Serbian and English language skills (level C1)
  • User proficiency with MS Office suite. Knowledge of SAP HRM would be an asset
