WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Invoice Data Analyst who supports invoicing by capturing and analyzing large volumes of data generated in commercial engine maintenance. In doing so, the data analyst accompanies the entire process in the data chain - from the identification and structuring of raw data, through processing and analysis, to the optimization of data queries and the creation and maintenance of databases. The sustainable increase in productivity and the automation of ongoing analysis processes in the context of invoicing are the focus here.

TASKS

• Support for Invoice Managers in capturing business processes that can be digitized/optimized
• Actively contribute to the improvement and automation of current analysis processes all engine projects and across location
• Analysis and optimization of data preparation by using analytical methods
• Procurement and analysis of information for carrying out and preparing process analyses
• Initiation of ideas and concepts for digitization and systematic data collection 
• Independent conception and implementation of internal projects
• Conception and independent programming of applications
• Support and further development of existing applications
• Preparation and presentation of analysis results for decision-making purposes

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• Experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, e.g. Excel, Access
• Knowledge of programming languages and databases (VBA, Knime, Access)
• Experience in the application of advanced data analysis methods (Knime, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Ability to work in a team
• Independence in solving tasks, quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• Detail oriented, structured person who is able to prioritize
• Willingness to work in an international environment
• English language- conversational level
