Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Junior Product Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. In this role, you will help manage product development processes and assist in the execution of project deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, on-time delivery, and alignment with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in both product management and project management within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product documentation (user stories, requirements, project plans).
- Work closely with product managers, engineering, design, and other teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and proactively address risks.
- Communicate status updates and issues to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal teams and students to drive improvements.
- Ensure proper coordination between teams to ensure product quality, testing, and user acceptance.
- Maintain a focus on both the technical and business aspects of product management and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s deree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, product management, or related roles (preferably in a tech or software environment).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, ClickUp, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for learning and growing in both project management and product management roles.
