Your contribution to something big:
► Responsible for Lean Manufacturing Industrial Engineering topics ► Observe and evaluate the Work Systems’ layouts, workloads and balancing, material and information flows, ergonomics parameters, in order to continuously eliminate wasteful activities and improve the productivity, equipment utilisation, safety and quality ► Confirm the implemented measures in a transparent way; report concisely with key data within the KPI framework ► Working with Predetermined Motion Time Systems to record and improve the standard times; maintain their actuality and connections in the plant’s ERP system ► Using the latest ergonomics norms and standards to maintain and improve the working conditions ► Designing new working methods; supporting the other units in Standardized Work definition and personnel training ► Taking part in creating new Work Systems or improving existing ones by designing line equipment or assisting equipment ► Leading the teams or being an active team member in the process improvement projects with production and supporting units ► Establish your own BOSCH network - maintain and develop relationships outside the plant; with BOSCH lead plants, central functions etc. |
What distinguishes you► University degree: Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or Organizational Sciences (master) ► Several years working experience in an industry environment is an advantage, especially Automotive ► Experience with Lean methodologies, methods-time measurement and/or ergonomics is a major advantage ► Experience with quality management systems and tools is a major advantage ► Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning software is an advantage, especially SAP ► Very good ability to work both individually and in multidisciplinary teams and tight deadlines ► Very good analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills ► Very good communication, motivation, coordination and time management skills ► Very good command of English language, spoken and written ► Good knowledge of MS-Office package, especially Excel ► Good adaptability in Computer Aided Design softwares

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System ►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse Syste|
