Legal Editor
A mid-sized intellectual property firm is looking for a Legal Editor to join its Belgrade office.
Responsibilities:
- Proofreading of legal documents and legal drafts to detect errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
- Preparing, rewriting and editing legal documents and legal drafts
- Being able to express ideas in a clear, organized, concise and logical manner
- Making sure all documents are well written and logically structured
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English (English as mother tongue would be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of grammar usage and punctuation
- Legal experience or in-depth knowledge of the legal terminology
- Ability to synthesize, draft and edit complex information
- College degree desirable
- One year of working experience in a similar position
- Good computer skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage time and work to deadlines
- Responsible, organized, hard-working, and a team player
