Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Performs all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) jobs with the aim of keeping machine equipment in the best condition to prevent downtime and delays in the production process
- Coordinates all activities of the maintenance team to ensure and support business requirements in the manufacturing
- Ensures that equipment maintenance is performed in an efficient manner to ensure performance at optimal cost
- Coordinates predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment in the production lines and utilities (boiler rooms, ventilation, chillers, air compressors, power stations)
- Diagnoses and eliminates machine failures
- Creates Maintenance business plan, analyses and monitors costs in predefined timings
- Analyzes production performance and continuously striving for opportunities to improve performance on lines through preventive maintenance activities
- Suggests investments if there is an opportunity to optimize the process, reduce costs, or increase security
- Leads projects and initiatives related to equipment instalation and modernization
- Responsible for increasing of operators capability in area of maintenance
- Assigns clear tasks and provides support to each team member who is actively involved in the work to be done
- Responsible for managing the performance and development of team members in accordance with the company's processes and practices
Job requirements:
- University degree in technical, mechanical, electrical or mechatronic field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar position, team lead/supervisor experience considered as advantage
- Deep understanding of manufacturing performance, maintenance and utilities
- Being able to manage and develop team members and drive changes in the team
- Strong analytical/planning skills
- Intermediate English
- Computer literacy, excellent MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO standards, Opex/Capex, project management
- Valid driver’s license
- Technical drawing, PLC control systems, pneumatic systems will be considered as advantage
