What’s the story behind the MLE program?
Three years, three different roles within three different functions.
Applications for the Mars Leadership Experience (MLE), a three-year paid training program at Mars’s regional headquarters in Belgrade are currently open. The MLE program is the perfect opportunity to kick-off a career in business leadership. Within the program, the participants will gain knowledge in project management, taking on roles with local and international exposure, lead teams, make decisions with real consequences and much more.
The program enables candidates to get to know different sectors of the company - from Sales to Supply Chain Management, from Marketing to Project Management. By actively participating in the design and implementation of projects from different sectors and in different markets, participants will be able to clearly define in which direction they want to develop professionally and continue their career in the Mars family.
