Do you have digital marketing experience in Saas or E-commerce, content marketing, or digital advertising? Can you manage multiple clients with a variety of digital marketing needs at once? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Account Management + Customer Support/Communication
- Email, Chat, Phone, and Zoom Video Communication with customers
- Social & Digital Media Strategy communication
- Asset delivery, verification, and revision tracking
- Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for a smart and motivated candidate who is eager to learn, a self-starter, and has a high level of technical acumen. You will be expected to manage clients independently and use your expertise to help grow their online business. Your key role will be to establish regular and proactive communication with clients (artists), take the initiative to resolve issues, address client concerns, and offer comprehensive and dedicated support throughout their marketing journey.
The ideal candidate has:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in marketing and managing a portfolio of clients
- **A high degree of written and verbal English proficiency is required.**
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace are required
