We are an experienced software development company specializing in business processes automation. Our software provides solutions for Print Management Information Systems (Print MIS), Web To Print Industry (W2P), Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA). Our company  was founded in 2008 and Headquartered in Avellino (Italy), with an office in Milan and regional office in Niš (Serbia), we are working with over 300 clients across Europe and, as we are expanding our market, we are looking for new people to grow with us.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead and participate in various marketing activities and therefore enable our expansion on specific markets. The Manager will work independently and collaboratively with our other teams on:

• Designing, executing and optimizing product marketing strategy (both traditional and digital) with aim of conquering new markets and building long term relationships with existing and new clients
• Conducting market research and finding business opportunities
• Evaluating researched markets potentials
• Finding opportunities (suitable events, conferences, fairs) to represent our Product
• Coordinating promotion of our Product through proper marketing channels
• Improving our product and company brand awareness (market positioning)
• Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product and Print Industry trends as well as creating proper marketing response for those trends/events
• Keeping track of our competitors activities
• Creating a two-way communication channels with our existing clients as well as crafting compelling messages for those channels
• Plan and execute product and feature launches
• Being in charge of growth strategies for both organic and paid channels
• Providing our management with regular reports about marketing activities
• Collaborate with our other teams in order to optimize marketing strategies and activities

We expect you to have:

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Skills to organize work and prioritize  tasks to timely reach target goals and assure maximum efficiency
• Knowledge of English language on C level
• At least 3-year Experience in Marketing Management
• Exceptional knowledge and experience using Marketing and Sales software as well as MS Office and Online meeting software
• University level degree in Economics or other relevant social sciences is preferable but not mandatory
• Experience in Software Marketing, preferably ERP/CRM Software
• Knowledge of Italian or German language may be considered a plus
• Experience in print industry or knowledge of print industry fundamentals like: trends, practices, standards, principles, terminology may be considered a plus
