Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Membership Orientation / Onboarding Specialist to join a rapidly growing digital booking platform for vacationers in the US. Your role is crucial in guiding new VIP members (the hosts) through the onboarding process, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their subscription. You will provide personalized support by reviewing a member’s inventory, explaining program benefits, and assisting with enrollment.
Your role requires a strong understanding of vacation rentals, the ability to offer tactical advice specific to branded inventory, and the capability to guide members through the online concierge enrollment form.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct membership orientations to educate new VIP members on benefits and features of their subscription.
- Review timeshare owners’ inventory and offer tailored advice to optimize their membership experience.
- Assist members enrolling in and ensuring accurate completion of the concierge enrollment form.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on how their inventory will be managed through the program.
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring members feel confident and satisfied with their membership.
- Maintain accurate records of all orientations and enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with the customer service and concierge teams to streamline the onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and advisory skills.
- Ability to understand and explain branded inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to guide members through digital enrollment forms.
- Proficiency in technology platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, onboarding, or hospitality-related roles.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with timeshare ownership and inventory management.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital forms, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms.
