- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related position (experience in the IT industry is a plus)
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Package
- Ability to communicate in English
- Warm and welcoming personality to greet guests
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Driving license type B
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage
- Administrate import, export and customs obligations
- Procurement of food and drinks for the company
- Handle document archiving
- Manage obligations to tax authorities, business registry agency, both online and onsite
- Handle notarization of documents, issuance of Promissory Notes, and similar administrative tasks
- Exchange legal and statutory documents with HQ
- Manage correspondence on eUprava portal
- Administrate travel plans with external travel agency
- Participate in the organization of company events
- Keep up-to-date with regulation and accounting laws
- Manage errands to enable smooth office operation
