To support our team at the manufacturing plant in Novi Sad we are currently looking for:

Payroll Clerk

Essential requirements:

Desirable Bachelor’s degree (Economic sciences)
1 years+ experience in similar position
Knowledge of payroll processes and calculation
Strong knowledge of Serbian Labor law and tax legislation related to salaries
Attention to details
Project oriented and result focused
Advanced MS Office
Fluent in English language

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing payroll plans and activities, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
Preparing payments, benefits, taxes, social and health insurance contributions and payroll deductions
Maintaining payroll and time management record
Creation of relevant statistical reports
Preparing and distribution of payroll documentation
Transportation cost management
Preparing documentation for sick leave refund
Cooperation with government institutions regarding payroll topics
Communication with employees (both blue and white collar) regarding all payroll related questions

Other:

Experience in automotive industry will be an advantage
