Complete company setup in Serbian plant, including the basic process map and it’s procedures and company policies.
Managing the actual organization based on the actual working environment. Taking care of the future state of Juli
automation Europe production plant and ensuring the needed resources in time.
Personal responsibility:
- Employee hiring
- Yearly company cost budget
- Coordination of different departments (Production, Quality, SCM, Assembly, Installation team)
- Supporting Marketing and Sales activity
- Resource planning for upcoming projects
- Acting in case of escalations from Serbian side
- Asset management (company cars, equipment for shopfloor activities, laptops, mobiles…)
- Office process management
- Juli automation EU - Serbian team motivation and feedback system
- Support Juli automation EU bookkeeping, payroll organization with external Serbian partners
- Communication with Lawyer
- 5 years of strategy planning
- Organizing the basic company process setup for assembly plant in our assembly facility
General tasks:
- Understand the technology of JULI Automation
- Establish effective communication channels for customer management and Juli automation EU management and ensure escalations reach the right person on time
- Managing European Juli assembly company from the legal point of view
- The achievement of KPIs set for the current year at assembly plant in Serbia
- Control of project quality and deadlines
- Suggesting work optimization
- Ensure the right content proposal for individual partnerships
- Juli EU process improvement support
- Personal feedback for direct reports 2 times a year
- Regular reporting to MD from EU (as required: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)
Technical tasks:
- Supporting consumer requirements, project scope definition
- Supporting technical problem solving
- Proposal for developing standard solutions for possible project cost reduction
- Proposal existing FMEAs
- Review of technical content in the Chinese-Hungarian design phase
- Communicate and negotiate with third parties
- Contribute to pre-installation on the customer side
- Ensure the quality
- Responsibility for the business and scheduled delivery of projects.
- Providing the necessary conditions for installation activities (Labour, devices)
- Support of After sales manager (troubleshooting, training of local staff)
- Support design changes tracking during assembly
- Recognize safety risks within assembly, installation and start of serial run, recommendation for CE risk assessment review (CE)

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering OR relevant technical experience
- Complex organization management experience on decision maker level
- Understanding of automation/automotive industry, with a focus on EV’s
- 5+ years experience in engineering team leading in the automotive industry segment
- Native in Serbian, advanced level of English
- Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate understanding between European customers and European head office
- Independent working behavior, but escalate in time in case of process blockage
- Automotive standards experience (IATF16949)
