On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company and market leader equipped with state-of-the-art technology and dedicated to continuous development, improvement of its capacities, and facilities, Manpower Serbia is seeking a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Production Unit Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all work processes within the business unit
- Preparing, planning, organizing, and monitoring work processes in production
- Monitoring reports and ensuring regular updates from the person responsible for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Fire Protection
- Supervising and evaluating employees
- Monitoring the achievement of production standards and identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize resource utilization
- Monitoring material consumption, controlling documentation, and providing explanations for any deviations
- Proposing preventive and corrective measures to improve organizational performance and tracking their effectiveness
- Responsibility for monitoring inventory levels within the unit
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- VI and VII level of education, candidates with a background in technology or food industry are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership positions within production
- Knowledge of production processes
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Supervising and evaluating employees - leading, evaluating, and developing employees within the dedicated production unit
