Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead, ideally with solid website automation experience based in our Belgrade, Serbia office. The successful candidate will be leading a team of initially 2 QA analysts in Belgrade, working closely with developers, product owners, and support teams on our range of products, but primarily focused on website testing.

Requirements for this position:

• QA Team Lead experience
• Web Test automation and implementation with tools such as Selenium.
• QA Analytical skills:
• Good IT knowledge and application of it.
• Competence with reviewing technical and organisational documentation.
• Test case execution and creation experience.
• Development or test management tools experience.
• Defect management.

• An enthusiastic self-starter who wants to know our business & products, and is not afraid to ask questions.
• Strong English language communication skills

Beneficial for this position:

• ISEB Advanced Level Test Manager Certificate

• Some basic programming knowledge: Java, PHP, C#, Javascript.
