Your tasks: ► Product master data in SAP KP1/ P38 BWS Online (Bosch Warranty System) ► ELM entry (First Delivery Notification) ► Material and Quality Master Data in SAP P74-/ P38 -MM and QM-Module, like Inspection Plans ► Characteristics, Quality level ► Information Records and Catalogs ► QM Reporting (General, IAM, OES & IQIS) ► Monthly generation of data reports and cockpit charts (CpC), Logistics and Quality notifications, BWS Online warranty handling, Failure monitoring and Costs EDC , External defect costs, IDC-Internal defect cost and PPM

► Evaluation of Quality-KPI Data from SAP System (P98 IQIS, PBD IQIS-BI) ► Generating cockpit charts for KPI-tracking and quality report ► Create and update of training documents for SAP-QM processes ► Official support Key user training for SAP-QM processes

Your profile: ► Diploma or Bachelor degree in Technical science ► Experienced in Process Management, Quality Management Systems ► English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken) language ► Excellent analytic capabilities ► High ability to work in international team ► Knowledge of Microsoft software (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)
