NIDEC ELESYS EUROPE in Novi Sad will produce inverters and other electronic control systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
For our manufacturing site based in Novi Sad Serbia, we are looking for a
Quality Engineer
General purpose:
Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring and coordinating improvement activities to achieve main KPIs for production lines and customers (internal DPM – defects per million, OEE – internal scarp rate, ppm customer and non-conforming tickets), as well as assuring positive product and process releases and positive status of product and process in standard work through controls according to control plans.
Responsibilities:
- To create an initial validation plan for new lines and tools in scope of quality;
- Pre-acceptance and final acceptance of line equipment and tools in scope of quality;
- To assure positive release of product and process before start of serial production;
- To coordinate and execute production part approval process (PPAP) toward customer;
- Handling process of customer claims, 8D report creation and closing – registration of claim in internal system, organization and monitoring of sorting process internally and at customer side in case of claim, definition of team, tracking corrective and preventive action given as respond on customer claim, confirmation of effectiveness of implemented measure.
- To create control plans and safe launches control plans;
- To analyse results from serial controls and in case of need initiate corrective actions;
- To monitor the implementation and effectiveness of actions initiated to eliminate root cause of detected non-conformities;
- To realize the regular product audits according to audit plan;
- To create work instructions and procedures in area of responsibility;
Qualifications:
- University graduate – bachelor’s degree (preferable technical background);
- 3-5 years of experience in quality department
- Good knowledge of core quality tools (PPAP, SPC, FMEA; MSA, 8D etc.);
- Knowledge of process audit methodology (i.e. VDA 6.3 process audit);
- Knowledge in IAFT 16949;
- Knowledge in VDA 6.5 product audit;
- Knowledge of IPC 610 standards;
- ESD knowledge;
- Knowledge in SMP production and electronics would be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge in work in SAP would be preferable;
- Fluent in English language;
- MS Office good knowledge;
- Good communication skills.
