The position has opened as a result of business growth and increasing demand for high-quality, data-driven market intelligence. The selected candidate will support a specialized business unit focused on residential rental asset classes, particularly emerging and community-oriented housing models across European and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, offering tailored insights based on internal data resources and proprietary market analysis tools.
• Manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and deliver customized analytical support aligned with strategic goals.
• Plan and execute market research assignments, including data gathering, analysis, forecasting, and presentation of results.
• Prepare structured, visually engaging reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Represent the company in online or in-person meetings, industry events, and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Work in close coordination with other team members to ensure effective project delivery and innovation in research methods.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum one year of experience in market research, data analysis, real estate consultancy, or similar fields.
• University degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of English (B2+/C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Access, Adobe InDesign, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Strong presentation skills and a professional approach to working with international clients.
