About the Company:
We are Lenkep Recruitment, a recruiting agency currently in search of a Middle or Senior level recruiter with experience in closing positions in areas such as media buying (affiliate), finance, marketing, digital, etc., either from an agency or in-house.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment agency for at least one year / experience in the product (experience in the iGaming sphere is an advantage) for at least one year.
- Experience working in English.
- Experience working with various GEOs (Africa, LatAm, Asia, Europe, Russia, CIS).
- Analytical mindset, willingness to develop and work autonomously.
- Ability to manage projects, communicate with clients (B2B communication experience).
- Business-oriented thinking.
- Experience closing 2-5 positions per month, managing 5-10 positions.
- Desire to work in a dynamic atmosphere.
- English proficiency - from C1, fluent mastery.
- Willingness to communicate (written and orally) with clients and candidates.
- Experience working with LinkedIn, Telegram, boolean/x-ray search, and other candidate search tools.
- We are ready to teach and share experience, but not micromanage. We want to see a moderate level of independence, self-confidence, and initiative in you.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing specialists from middle to head levels in the iGaming industry (from office managers to C-level specialists).
- Initial contact and conducting interviews.
- Providing feedback to the client and hiring process.
- Extracting candidate profiles from clients.
- Writing job descriptions.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Working with databases.
- Working with local (various GEOs) recruitment websites and resources.

Salary:
