We are looking for Research and Documentation Investment Data Analysts to work within a data governance team reviewing and populating Private Equity and Real Estate Financial and Management Information. The role will require the selected candidates to create a database of standard investment data, methodologies, timelines and terms for data validation. In addition to this, the candidates will be required to communicate with the larger investment analysis team to resolve any inconsistencies and confirm information prior to submitting it in the database. Key skills for the role are advanced Excel, proactive approach to data and processes and orientation to details.
Your day would include:
- Population of standard investment data, methodologies, timelines and terms for data validation
- Investigation into data validation exceptions
- Making sure data quality is at the highest level
- Confirming and resolving inconsistences within the EDI team
If you see yourself doing these activities, then you probably have:
- Bachelor or master’s degree (Economics, Organizational Sciences, Mathematics, or related Accounting background)
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- Proficient in English
- Excellent team-working skills
- The ability to be resourceful
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and detail oriented
