We are looking for an experienced ELD Specialist who is well-versed in FMCSA rules and DOT regulations? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and help our drivers achieve full compliance with all ELD requirements. Fluent in English is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Safety is the main priority by following, communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Install and configure ELD devices for clients in accordance with FMCSA rules and DOT regulations
- Assisting drivers on the proper use of the ELD system
- Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
- Maintain reporting of all issues encountered and all steps taken for resolution
- Communicate effective to keep management informed of outstanding issues
Requirements:
- Knowledge of FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations and experience assisting with ELD
- Availability to work rotating and weekend shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and social skills, problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of proficiency in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
