Sales Manager

Job description:

• sales network development and improvement of sales results within B2C sales channel
• regular field visits to existing and potential partners, providing product consultancy and support
• focus on retail network development, providing trainings, educations, following competitors’ activities
• responsibility for product visibility at point of sales and its alignment with corporate standards and market specifics
• creation of high quality relationships with dealers as well as with investors, architects and construction companies
• monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitors activities and identification of improvement opportunities
• regular reporting on results, conducted activities and identified opportunities

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in sales of construction materials and/or bathroom/kitchen equipment
• college or bachelor degree, ideally with technical direction
• fluency in English and MS Office literacy are prerequisites
• active driver (company car shall be provided)
• mature, curious, self-assured and result-driven sales person with high communication and presentation skills
