Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted cold outreach activities to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Initiate and maintain a proactive approach to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through cold calling, cold emails, and other relevant strategies.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for senior consultants to showcase our offerings.
  • Thoroughly research and understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of prospective customers.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to engage potential clients.
  • Proactively contribute to the development of innovative outreach techniques and best practices within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective cold outreach strategies aligned with company goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum effectiveness and impact.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and report on the results of outreach efforts, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage outreach activities, maintain accurate records, and track customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to adapt outreach strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of proven success in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. OR, individuals with no prior sales experience are welcome to apply, as long as they possess a strong willingness to engage in communication with cold leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with potential customers during cold outreach efforts.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, eager to take the initiative in identifying new opportunities and driving sales   growth.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and record customer interactions, pain points, and feedback gathered during sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Management or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
