We are seeking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and strategically design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This role will be responsible for selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI reports and Dashboards to end users. Our requirements:
- 3+ years of hands on experience in designing, developing and maintaining Tableau workbooks.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in designing, developing and maintaining Power BI reports.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and creation of views/tables, functions and transformed data structures.
- Practical experience with relational databases and data warehouse (preferably Microsoft Azure cloud architecture).
- Proficiency in creating clean, insightful BI reports for a diverse enterprise business functions (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
- Proficiency in developing low-latency, reliable reports/pipelines with data visualization best practices in mind.
- Solid understanding of data management & data governance concepts: data processing, analysis, visualization, data ownership, security, and discovery.
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Desirable but not necessary:
- Retail industry specific experience in an analytical role.
- Solid understanding of ML and AI practical applications in the Retail environment.
- Solid understanding of the innerworkings of ML/AI models and their application for the advanced analytics use cases.
