Qualification:
- Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of professional experience and relevant expertise in the handling and execution of projects, preferably in railway infrastructure or municipal infrastructure/flood protection.
- Strong project management know-how, including excellent knowledge of scheduling and cost control in complex construction and planning projects.
Scope:
- Independent monitoring of project results and approved services towards the client.
- Identification and implementation of control measures to achieve project goals and verification of their effectiveness.
- Point of contact for all relevant stakeholders (customers, authorities, business partners, public, etc.).
- Autonomous management of projects and technical leadership of the project team.
- Preparation/revision of cost estimates AHO/HOAI calculations for services in collaboration with all involved parties is an advantage however not mandatory.
- Risk management and contract/claims management in accordance with the performance specifications of HOAI, AHO, possibly VOB is an advantage not mandatory.
- Preparation and review of bid calculations as well as negotiations with the customer.
- Ensuring the awarding of internal and external services in accordance with applicable regulations and processes, as well as handling amendments from contracts and internal agreements.
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of German language is a requirement.
