- Defining offers (activation rules) for segmented group of customers according to estimated risk
- Risk monitoring through different reports: increase / decrease of delinquency per products / customer type / region / sales channel,
- Proposal of actions in order to overcome and manage detected risks
- Cooperation with collection and legal expert regarding different fraud cases
- Defining and implementation of new internal procedures in order to optimize risks and prevent fraud
- Participation in monitoring and performance analysis of Scorecards for private and business customers through set of reports regarding score variables and attributes per different risk groups of customers
- Operations, procedures and credit approval processes in order to be efficient, correct and well controlled. Proposal of changes of procedures, policies and other acts which will lead to optimization of processes
- Risk appraisal during implementation of new products, services and promotions
- Monitoring, development and maintenance of relevant systems and applications
- Providing support and coaching colleagues in the team and from other sectors regarding risk and fraud procedures
If you have:
- University degree / Economy or similar area
- At least 3 years of experience on similar job
- Familiarity with telecommunications would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience in reporting, PBI (Power BI) and data analytics would be considered as advantage
- Fluent in English; written and spoken
