As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Delight Office Solution, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business interior design solutions across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, establish brand presence, and drive lead generation. This role requires a passion for interior design, and real estate, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different locations.

Location: Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Manage regional marketing initiatives, including events, workshops, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with local teams in Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Albania to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with company objectives.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on a daily level with our Marketing Associate in the operationalization of all marketing activities according to the goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Desirable)
• 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or interior design preferred.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and innovation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Fluency in English.
