Senior Relationship Officer
Mid-Market Department, Corporate Division
Novi Sad
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring potential corporate clients
- Follow up and acquisition of potential clients from target lists in accordance with the Business Policy of the Bank
- Maintaining active and permanent communication with existing corporate clients of the Bank in order to obtain stabile and successful cooperation
- Selling the corporate products: all type of loans, L/Cs, L/Gs, Leasing, Sight and Term Deposits, RSD and FX accounts and other products in the offer of the Bank
- Cross selling of the Retail products in cooperation with Retail Division for Corporate clients
- Coordinating with Treasury Corporate Desk the selling of Treasury products
- Analyzing clients requests, proposing the structure of the transaction and preparation of the preliminary offers
- Preparing Credit proposals according to the Eurobank standards and guidelines including credit analysis of the client
- Presentation of Credit proposals to relevant approval bodies
- Responding to the clients requests and complaints in coordination with other divisions of the Bank
- Collection of the loans less than 180 days overdue, in cooperation with Loan Administration, Payment Services Unit and Legal Department
- Prepares activity report regularly
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience
- University Degree in Economics
- A high degree of competence using Microsoft Office packages
- Fluent in English language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Driver’s license
