Job Description

  • Handles simple requests from users or customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Qualifies client requests, provides relevant information as and when requested using the correct authorization procedures and escalate any unresolved cases appropriately.
  • Assists in the distribution and storing of standard non-complex reports relevant for services to clients.
  • Follows-up on any unresolved cases and maintain communication with the client until the incident has been solved.
  • Provides feedback on daily activities in order to help monitor the quality of service.
  • Contributes to maintain a high-level of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • University or college degree with technical focus or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Up to 1 year of experience in any customer service function (preferably in the IT/ Telecom industry);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication and time management skills;
  • Good knowledge and use of supporting IT systems and tools (desirable);
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience in easy-to-understand language;
  • Initiative and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to give attention to detail, strong administration background and evidence of being compliant; with company policy and procedures.
