Social Media Manager

Brainstorm Solutions is a web development and digital marketing agency with clients in both America and Serbia. We offer full services ranging from strategy, planning, design, copywriting, SEO, product development, PPC and display marketing as well as social media management. Our clients include both local and international brands.

We are searching for a Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, prepare and execute a monthly social media content calendar for each brand (includes copywriting in English)
• Communicate with designers to ensure content is creative, informative and designed according to brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Communicate with followers, groups, industry professionals and influencers via social media to create strong networks
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Increase organic leads and conversions by maintaining engaging brand profiles
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports and analyze results
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements

• Fluency in English; exceptional written English skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Community manager or similar role
• University degree in marketing or relevant field
• Proficient knowledge of social media management tools
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
