Your new role – challenging and future oriented
- Technical management and organization of department, including optimization of business processes
- Manages and motivates associates, with special focus on development of technical personnel
- Makes sure team members have enough resources to conduct the Engineering activities within defined timeframes and of a high quality
- Implements guidelines and defines functional specific policies, processes or methods to fulfill the superior Engineering strategy
- Ensures obeying regional laws and regulations
- Drives development of technical standards and procedures for Solution Engineering
- Operational planning and realization of portfolio of projects of the organizational unit (defining tasks and processes, distribution of total resources to individual projects, supervision of activities of key participants of individual projects, managing quality, planning and distributing resources, participation in planning resources for offers, commercial planning in cooperation with the commercialist in charge)
- Participates in negotiations with customers and cooperating partners
- Ensures constant compliance with quality standards for Project Management processes
- Initiates improvements and ensures appropriate environment for Project Management workflow
- Keeps overview of project lists and supports in realization of contracted projects
- Manages risks (analyzing project environment, identifying and evaluation of additional business opportunities and risks, defining measures for realization of potential business opportunities)
- Creates an efficient communication network (within the project team, towards project partners and customers, development of project culture, contractor management)
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- Minimum 7 years of experience in process industries
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Advanced use of MS Office
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Result and quality oriented person with great negotiation skills
