Due to the constant and dynamic expansion we are looking for a person to successfully fill the position Supply Chain Manager

Main Purpose of Job

• Manage overall Supply Chain (SC) operations across the region and improve its efficiency by optimizing the use of resources, processes, and information available.
• Reorganize existing IT and people processes especially in the area of direct distribution to customer (from warehouse to courier to customer) by working with different departments (call centre, IT, Legal & Finance)
• Contribute to ensure sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy improvement (accuracy & bias) and thus contribute to business success by ensuring stock availability at optimum costs to meet the customer service target.
• Implement global/regional strategies in the area of Technical, Quality, Regulatory and Safety Health and Environment Management to achieve our business goals in the market.
• Challenge the existing and implement improvements to Supply Chain processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits.

Responsibilities

In this position, your main responsibilities will include without limitation the following:

• Prepare Operational Plan (OP), monitor & control the overall Budget and Dynamic Forecasts (DF) for Supply Chain.
• Overview of SC operations (Demand & Supply Planning, 3PL Logistics, Machine Servicing, Recycling and especially Delivery Services related to e-commerce).
• Develop, improve, and monitor the KPI’s related to supply chain operations. Identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions.
• Develop new tools and ways of working to further improve the efficiency of operations and achieve continuous improvement.
• Manage and support Demand & Supply Planner to generate accurate base demand forecasts and preserve stock availability at the optimum inventory levels (at distribution center & retail store replenishment) and right freshness for the final consumer.
• Analyze distribution costs and monitor variances vs budget.
• Follow up relationships with 3PL, support the implementation of new delivery services, support SC team in the roll out of all 3PL and courier related projects to ensure right completion on time and in full.
• Management of all technical & quality activities in the market
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, Courier companies, Machine Servicing Partners, Recycling Partners, Nespresso HQ and with IT partners supporting SC processes.
• Overview of the Machine service processes to ensure efficient operations with maximized service results for the club members
• Implement and support incident and crisis management (coffee, machine, and accessories).

Requirements

Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

• University Degree (or equivalent)
• Min. 6 years of professional experience in the supply chain area preferably within an international company
• Excellent understanding of the whole Supply Chain area and good understanding of Quality area, its role and mission.
• Good knowledge of supply chain KPIs
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Planning and Budgeting experience
• Project and people management
• Fluency in English is mandatory
