Role summary
Sanne Group d.o.o. Beograd, a Sanne Group Company, is a premier fund administration service provider of alternative assets located across the globe. SANNE is a fast growing firm expanding its operational support model with resources located in Belgrade.
We are recruiting for a System Specialist, who will join our Belgrade team. The System Specialist will facilitate analysis of client’s system requirements.
The System Specialist will work with controllers to optimize use of system based on clients’ needs. The analyst will also assist in training and developing staff expertise in systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support core line of business applications on windows based platforms
- Application configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements
- Vendor management and communication
- Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems
- Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects
- Core systems major upgrades
- Documenting changes and applications design
- Change management
Skills / experience required
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience with MS SQL databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General application support
- Root cause analytics
- Good written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Highly motivated with ability to multitask
- Performance driven mindset
- Reporting to senior management
- Ability to work and collaborate with other teams and departments
- Microsoft technologies and architecture: MS SQL, IIS, Server platforms
