NIDEC ELESYS EUROPE at Novi Sad will produce inverters and other electronic control systems for electric and hybrid vehicles.
For our manufacturing site based in Novi Sad, Serbia we are looking for a
Test Engineer
Test Engineer is responsible for formulating the testing flow for products production lines, preventive maintenance and problem solving on testers, as well as writing the required technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage test systems (test programs and equipment) and to follow-up their work reliability in the production lines
- To define Test Parameters and Limits
- To confirm Cycle Time
- Develop, manage and maintain the functionality of the IC test units and as well as EOL(End of Line) Tester
- Launching test equipment in Production
- Maintain Test Program in Production
- To validate and approve the test systems in the production line and sign the Acceptance Protocol
- Participate in the industrialization of new equipment
- To participate in the creation of work instructions
- To participate in the training of the operators
- To follow-up the work of the test systems in the production line
- To update the measurement results database
- To use the SPC methods for measurement results analysis
- Analysis of Test Failures
- To organize and implement activities in support of test equipment in unforeseen accidents and failures
Qualifications:
- University degree (MSc, BSc) preferable Electronics / Mechatronics
- At least 3 years’ experience in (automotive) Electronics Industry
- Expertise on Electronics and Mechanical Technology
- Experience with programming LabView, (VB, C, C++.) – is advantage
- Experience on Test Equipment preventive maintenance.
- Good technical qualifications concerning electronic measurements – types of measurement devices, parameters of measurement devices;
- Computer knowledge – especially Microsoft Office package
- Experience to debug equipment software is an advantage
- Knowledge and skills for working with any of the following programming languages or development environments - C, C ++, C #, VB.NET, LabVIEW, CVI; databases knowledge
- Knowledge and skills for statistical process and quality control methods
- Pre - Intermediate English
- Ability to understanding Electric/Electronics Schematic.
- Ability to programing ICT(In-circuit Test), EOL(End of Line) Tester
- MES knowledge – is an advantage
- TS, IATF16949 & VDA 6.3 knowledge is an advantage
