Due to the dynamic development we are looking for Tools Planning Engineer
Job Purpose:
The Tool Planning Engineer will be responsible for planning and provisioning tools and equipment to support line, base, heavy check maintenance, engine shop, components shop operations, with an emphasis towards cost effective on-time procurement solutions.
To define, review or improve and ensure that the processes for tool planning and provisioning or delivering services is done in an efficient and quality assured manner. The role shall cover the operational as well as the functional part of the organisation and requires ability to perform process streamlining as well as pursue improvement Group strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver the vision for the toolset for the further events, based on the long term and middle term plans together with Planning and Engineering Department
- Monitor usage of the tools, loans data of the tools, and propose the actions for enhancing and improving their overall delivery capabilities
- Keeping updated data in JAT Tehnika digital solutions
- Deliver the long-term vision for the Planning by driving continuous Improvement in application of systems, data quality and process standards, while facilitating various analysis & learning from existing data
- Processing shipping requests for tools and equipment from JATT Sales Department or from customers
- Coordinate Planning tools upgrade initiative, with minimal impact to the business
- Manage and deliver business functional improvement initiatives on behalf of: upstream/downstream global process owners, asset leaders or planning engineering principal technical expert
- Provide day-to-day support on Planning process and/or tools including problem analysis and resolution
- Monitors the condition of both special and universal tools they propose and forms requests for orders or loans in accordance with needs
- Placing request for tools and equipment purchase, buy, loan, repair and calibration and monitoring and controlling the realization of the requested.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Aerospace
- Excellent written communication skills and command of English and Serbian language
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and shift focus to meet tight deadlines and manage periods of high workload
- Natural curiosity to understand subject matter to facilitate effective writing
- Adaptability to ever-changing technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to balance Regulatory compliance, Safety, and Customer expectations Proven
- Strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety
- Previous experience in quality or business process engineering highly preferred
