What will your work day look like?
- Billing, collecting documentation and carrier invoices
- Providing status updates per request
- Initiating collections on accounts
- Dealing with invoicing-related correspondence,
- Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients, drivers, and carriers
- Making a note of any payments made or missed
How do we imagine an ideal new colleague?
- Ready to work the second shift (3 pm 11 pm) or night shift (11 pm - 7 am),
- Coming with excellent knowledge of English,
- Ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
- Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented,
- Has a pre-existing knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Able to think logically and analytically,
- Ability to multitask,
- Experience in the US transportation industry is a big plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members,
- Basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills.
