As an AP Accountant, you will monitor payment runs and code vendor invoices in the Cora tool. You will perform accounts reconciliations, optimize processes in vendor invoice processing, and manage credit card invoices. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for the Accounts Payable helpdesk and support requests from external auditors.
- Monitor and execute payment runs
- Coding and posting of vendor invoices in the Cora tool
- Accounts reconciliations and clearing
- Participate in special projects like SAP S4 HANA implementation, digitalization and automatization
- Process optimization mainly in vendor invoice processing
- Responsible for credit card invoices
- Contact person to our AP helpdesk team
- Support for requests from our external auditors
- A university degree in finance is considered a plus.
- Experience in accounting is mandatory, preferably in Accounts Payables.
- Experience in large international companies is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German is advantageous.
- SAP knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Strong team player.
- Good Excel skills.
