Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Collections Specialist to contact customers and collect outstanding invoices. You will struck a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments of outstanding balances. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Working hours: 1 - 9pm

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with customers
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Support timely debt payments and resolve billing issues
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with AR reporting and analysis
- Receivable performance review
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Assist in other AR / billing tasks
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Up to 4 years of experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel- vlookup, pivot table)
- Familiarity with billing procedures and collection techniques
- Comfortable working with targets
- Experience with using data to drive decision making
- Patience and ability to manage high volume of customer requests
- Problem-solving skills
