We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our esteemed e-commerce client. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team where your primary duties will include providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, phone).
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general concerns.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) at a C1 or C2 level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
